Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING IS FREE to US and Canada
Your order will be shipped from our California Warehouse. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.
UPS Ground and/or USPS Mail services are used for standard shipping. These services are offered for FREE on orders $30 or more at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery (6-10 days for AK, HI, and U.S. Territories). PO box addresses are allowed. Expedited shipping services are available at checkout for most items and locations.

We may charge you a fee for the express shipment of your products to your destination. This shipping fee would be calculated together with your purchase order price upon checkout.
The messaging service is carried out with tracking control. Presently, USPS & UPS the courier service we use to ship the products you ordered from our site to you. We have the express right to use any Courier service as we deem fit.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
UPS international Ground (Canada/Mexico) and/or post services are used for international economy shipping. This service is offered for FREE on orders that meet a minimum of $125 USD.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website or https://icezzle.aftership.com/
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. PLACE OF DELIVERY, DEADLINES AND LOSSES
Approximate delivery times are indicated in working days in the description of each product, although a delay in delivery will not be a reason for penalty.
ICEZZLE will not be liable for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the User / Customer in the order form does not match the reality or has been missed. - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Depending on the destination of the order various shipping methods can be used, each method and each destination have shipping times that are specified in the order confirmation process.
Deadlines may change for logistical reasons or for reasons of force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, ICEZZLE will inform its User/Customer, as soon as it has knowledge of them.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment the company makes the product available to the User / Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.
Delays in delivery shall not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to the User/Customer, by the transport company within the agreed time and could not be delivered for cause attributable to the User/Customer.When the order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being sent.
