Returns & Refunds

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ICEZZLE provides a 14-day return policy on all products purchased, except special order items. If any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail info@icezzle.com or contact us form and we will immediately issue a return address with detailed instruction. IMPORTANT: All sales items are final and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error.

  • All returns must be unused, unworn and resellable condition.  Products that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you. ICEZZLE does not provide prepaid shipping labels. 
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item at your own cost and we will exchange the product for you.
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee for all return for refunds. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit or exchange.
  • Once a return/exchange is approved, customers have 7 days to send back their purchase. Returns postmarked after 7 days will be refused and sent back at the customers expense.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after your exchange has been processed for your item(s) to ship (exclusions apply for items on back-order).
  • ICEZZLE will provide domestic prepaid return labels only in the event that we have made a mistake. Example: If ICEZZLE were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry.
Custom and solid gold items are not subject to return, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. 
  • Damaged in shipment

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at info@icezzle.com within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

  • Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages shipped within the United States and Canada that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

  • International Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ICEZZLE, even if you refuse the shipment. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

  • Important conditions for return

Please note that you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:

  • The product shall be in unused and original condition;
  • You shall inform about the return of the product to us within a period of 14 business days;
  • You shall not accept any open box deliveries;
  • The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards and other documentation.

Custom Made Pendants and Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Please contact our customer support to receive the Authorization Form.

ALL Earring sales are FINAL.

There are NO returns/exchanges on ICEZZLE's Customized Necklaces.

Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable. *

*ICEZZLE will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if ICEZZLE were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry or products*

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
