We offer 10k/14k/18k Solid Gold, .925 sterling silver, 18k PVD Gold Plated. We use real 14-18k gold on our plated products as well. We strive to provide the best quality of jewelry all the time. Jewelry should be kept absolutely dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

Some notes for cleaning jewelry:

1. For extremely dirty jewelry, use a soft-bristled toothbrush (be sure not to use a stiff-bristled toothbrush or it could damage the finish) and if necessary, gentle soap to clean the vermeil jewelry under warm running water. Make sure you rinse well and wipe with a soft non-abrasive cloth to dry. Water residue can cause staining. Make sure the piece is fully dry before returning to storage.

2. Many websites recommend a baking soda and water (mix in equal parts and cake on the vermeil, leaving for about 10 minutes before rinsing clean) cleaning method, but we have found this doesn’t work very well.

3. Buff or clean the vermeil with a soft, dry cotton cloth. DO NOT over polish with silver polishing cloth on the vermeil. It will strip the finish off, leaving you with just the sterling silver underneath.

Your order will be shipped from our California Warehouse. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.

We may charge you a fee for the express shipment of your products to your destination. This shipping fee would be calculated together with your purchase order price upon checkout.

The messaging service is carried out with tracking control. Presently, USPS & UPS the courier service we use to ship the products you ordered from our site to you. We have the express right to use any Courier service as we deem fit.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Our shipping rates are determined by location and the total weight of your order. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout!

We will notify you by the contact method on file with all relevant shipping updates and tracking information once your order has been processed. This typically takes 1-3 days, not including weekends or holidays.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. Returns + Exchanges

ICEZZLE provides a 14-day return policy on all products purchased, except special order items. If any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail info@icezzle.com or contact us form and we will immediately issue a return address with detailed instruction. IMPORTANT: All sales items are final and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error.

If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item at your own cost and we will exchange the product for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

Lifetime Warranty

ICEZZLE offers an industry leading Lifetime Warranty. The warranty entitles you to a one-time repair or replacement of the piece - free of charge. We may repair or replace the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturer defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues. Warranty does not cover lost/stolen items.

We’ll happily refund the difference, which will appear in your bank account within 3-5 days.

If you let us know after those 7 days, we won't be able to match the price.
